The regional Bells conference was held in Belgrade, Sava Center on 6th and 7th December 2010.  Conference besides regional coordinator, Aleksandra Knez-Milojković, was opened by Gordana Comic, vice president of the Serbian Parliament, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Serbia, H.E. Louis Laurent Stokvis, Srdjan Majstorovic Deputy Director of the Office for European Integration, Ivica Radovic, State Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.

After the opening address, former achievements of movement were presented and two panel discussions were opened, Regional cooperation and implementation of EU environmental standards at the local level and Environmental policies at the regional and national levels.


The second day of the conference, a series of lectures on sustainable development and environment, and green politics and business were held. Lectures were held by the top experts, in the field of environmental protection, Anđelka Mikhailov - former minister in the Ministry of Environment - "Green management"; Matthias Jurek, EURAC Institute - "Globalization and Environment", Jan-Gustav Strandenaes, ANPED, Green Alliance for Sustainability - "Leadership in Sustainable Development", Besnik Cari, a former Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Environment of Albania - "Regional cooperation and energy security"; Jovan Protic - International Labor Organization UN - "Green Jobs"

At the Regional Bells Conference, the Regional Movement Board  also was  established, whose task will be the coordination and correlation between national coalitions and movement as a regional entity.
