 The regional Bells conference was held in Belgrade, Sava Center on 6th and 7th December 2010. Conference besides regional coordinator, Aleksandra Knez-Milojković, was opened by Gordana Comic, vice president of the Serbian Parliament, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Serbia, H.E. Louis Laurent Stokvis, Srdjan Majstorovic Deputy Director of the Office for European Integration, Ivica Radovic, State Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.

 U periodu od 20. - 22. maja 2010. u Crnoj Gori održan je V regionalni sastanak BELLS pokreta. Na sastanku su predstavljene do sada realizovane aktivnosti, kao i planovi za naredni period. Evaluacija projekta je pokazala da je realizacija aktivnosti dovela do postizanja predviđenih rezultata za koje postoje veoma dobri indikatori. Planovi za naredni period, izmedju ostalog, obuhvataju i produbljivanje saradnje sa zakonodavnom i izvršnom vlašću, biznis sektorom, medijima, NVO i građanima. Naredni regionalni sastanak je planiran za početak septembra na Kosovu.

 BELLS achievements promoted in UN HQ in New York - During the UN CSD-18 (UN Commission on Sustainable Development), held in New York, USA from May 3 to May 14, 2010, Prof Andjelka Mihajlov participated to the event as the UNEP expert, in the corridors promoted achievements of BELLS Movement and process of BELLS Academy establishment, to different stakeholders and delegations.
