Bells offices are situated in Belgrade, Pristina, Podgorica, Skopje, Tirana and Tuzla.

Bells movement is the result of a regional project:“Regional Environmental Advocacy Action and Cohesion In Western Balkans”, supported by the regional environmental program of Royal Netherlands Embassy.

Environmental Ambassadors

Environmental Ambassadors represent a unique non-profit and non-governmental organisation from the Balkan region that has been given a consultative status by the UN (it is an associate member of CONGO - Conference of NGO and accredited in UNEP – UN Enironmental Programme). It is accredited in EBRD for sustainable development and environmental issues. It is also an Institutional Member of the International Ecotourism Society (TIES) and a National NGO focal point in SAICAM (Strategic Approach to International Conference on Chemicals Management) as well as a member of the Network of Women Ministers and Leaders for the Environment and a member of the National Committee for Social Corporate Responsibility. Participate in EC Environment Forum.

On a local, regional and global level, the organisation «Environmental Ambassadors» is involved in various activities, being 'the voice' of South Eastern Europe.

Glavna cel:

Za~uvuvawe i podobruvawe na `ivotnata sredina, konzervacija na biolo{kata raznovidnost i sproveduvawe na principi za odr`liv razvoj.

Misija:

Nie sme posveteni na za{tita i unapreduvawe na `ivotnata sredina {to }e pomogne vo kreirawe odr`liva idnina i }e dovede do op{testveni i ekonomski podobruvawa na socijalnite zaednici vo na{ata zemja. So cel da se postigne ova, posveteni sme na sorabotka so golem broj interesni grupi, kako i zdru`uvawe i zaedni~ka rabota, so cel da se obezbedi odr`liva idnina i priznanie od celiot svet.

Na{ata rabota e podelena na ~etiri programi:

“ Advocacy Training and Resource Center” (ATRC) is a Kosovan non-for-profit organization that works to increase citizen and civil society participation in decision-making, as a prerequisite for a developed democratic society and regional stability. 
ATRC works with representatives of NGOs, civic initiatives, public administration, political institutions and media regardless of religion, political affiliation, ethnicity, age, gender, capability and sexual orientation. ATRC accomplishes its goals through advocacy, capacity building, information exchange and networking.  
Since its establishment in 2001, ATRC in Prishtina has assisted numerous NGOs in Kosovo wide to professionalize their work, articulate their demands, and advocate to government structures about issues affecting Kosovo society through mentoring, training, grant-giving, advocacy, information exchange and technical assistance.

“Center of Modern Skills” is a non-government, non-profit and non-political organization founded in 1998. Our interest is political and civil education, developing political culture and dialogue, preparing young people to participate in civil society development in Serbia, organizing political and social programmes and establishing and developing cooperation with similar organizations. We would like to contribute to the process of democratization and to stir the interest in young people for political issues but also to encourage it to take decisions and responsibility in society’s events. We primarily address students, NGO activists and those of democratically orientated parties.

URI general management philosophy is motivated by the emphasis and encouragement of the decentralization of responsibilities, authority and accountability of its members and personnel. URI scope of work is build upon three main directions are: civic participation and advocacy, research, management and development.
